Solution for technical requests:

  • Non-stick properties: food, paper, molding industries (plastic, rubber, propergol,…)
  • Easy to clean: tools for the paints, inks, adhesives
  • High temperature resistance: 260°C/290°C for fluorinated resins and 350°C for MoS² and more as1000°C for graphite
  • Corrosion protection: resistance to salt spray up to 3000 hours for particular formulations
  • Chemical resistance for almost agressiv products at high temperature
  • Freeting corrosion due to vibration & galvanic effects on assembled mechanical parts
  • Self lubrication, avoid seizing when metal to metal friction. Coefficient of friction < 0.02
  • Electrical insulation: 80KV/mm for Fluoref® 800 or Fluoref® 206N
  • Reduction of friction leads to noiseless mecanisms
  • Non-stick properties allows reduction costs of cleaning, water & labour

Removal of antistick agents when molding and sticking product avoids pollution and failure on the molded parts
